What we do

Self-performed, start to finish.

Our own crews handle the core of every water loss — no brokered-out jobs, no hand-offs. One accountable company from the first call through the final dry check.

Water Mitigation & Extraction

We remove standing water, dry the structure with commercial air movers and dehumidifiers, and monitor moisture until it's gone. Fast extraction limits warping and swelling.

Demolition & Tear-Out

We remove unsalvageable drywall, flooring, and materials down to sound structure so drying can finish clean — controlled, documented, and photographed as we go.

Containment & Air Control

We isolate the affected area with sealed containment and manage airflow so the work zone stays separated from the rest of the home while drying and removal are underway.

Sewage Cleanup

We extract and dispose of Category 3 "black water," disinfect, and remove the porous materials it contaminated. Sewage backups carry bacteria and require professional handling.

Answers

Water damage & restoration FAQs.

How fast can you respond to a flooded basement in Macomb County?
We answer live 24/7, and a typical on-site response across Macomb and Oakland County is about 60 minutes. Actual arrival depends on crew availability, weather, traffic, and how many calls are running at once, so treat it as a typical time rather than a promise. Fast extraction is what limits structural damage, so we dispatch as soon as you call (586) 210-6797.
What does it cost to have you come out and look?
The inspection and the written estimate are free. Nothing gets removed, torn out, or dried until you have that estimate in your hand and sign a written authorization for the work. What the job itself costs depends on how much water there is, what materials it touched, and how long drying takes, so we price it after we see it, not over the phone.
What should I do before the crew gets there?
Only what you can do safely. If you know where the shutoff is, stop the water. Keep everyone out of standing water that is anywhere near outlets, cords, or a panel, and do not go into a flooded basement to reach a breaker. Move what you can lift out of the wet area, and take photos if it is safe. If you smell gas, see sagging ceilings, or suspect anything electrical, get out and call 911 or your utility first. None of this is a substitute for a professional or emergency-services assessment.
What is Category 3 (black water), and is a sewage backup dangerous?
Category 3 water is grossly contaminated "black water" — sewage backups and flooding — and it can carry bacteria and other pathogens. It calls for professional extraction, disinfection, and usually removal of the porous materials it touched, such as carpet and drywall. Don't attempt this cleanup yourself. We're a restoration contractor, not a medical or environmental-health provider, so if anyone in the home has health concerns, that's a question for a doctor.
How long does structural drying take?
Three to five days is typical with commercial air movers and dehumidifiers, but the building decides, not the calendar. We take daily moisture readings and keep equipment running until those readings hit dry standard. Please leave the equipment running and the containment closed between visits, because shutting it down or opening things up restarts the clock.
Who is responsible for paying for the work?
The property owner, or whoever signs the work authorization. Every price, payment term, and deposit is spelled out in that written authorization before we start, so there are no surprises later. Our full Terms of Service cover the rest.
